  • （中央社記者江明晏台北29日電）前民航局長張國政和背後團隊有意接手興航，觀光業高層分析，政府態度及與興航團隊的談判是兩個關卡，若民航局只保留興航賠錢的國內航線，恐讓接手團隊打退堂鼓。

    興航無預警停飛與宣布解散引發外界震撼，航權也面臨被民航局收回在即，前民航局長張國政表示，興航解散導致社會動盪，考量民眾及員工權益，已和背後支持團隊商討，決定出面表達接手興航意願，但目前還未接觸興航。













    他認為，有人接手興航，代表員工生計也有人重新擔起責任，等於替政府解決勞資糾紛的問題，還有興航解散的麻煩窘境，可說是多贏的局面，預料政府應會讓新團隊提出「復航計畫」，並給予審查時間新北市新莊區周轉 。



    而另一關鍵因素就是興航的態度，觀光業高層表示，張國政及其背後團隊，後續與興航的談判至為關鍵，但雙方條件是否能談得攏？興航既有飛機資產售價、隱形負債、部分員工資遣、如何重整、員工重新訓練等等，都要算在經營成本，是很複雜的商業問題。
